What you will do

• Partner with the Group Product Lead for Video to shape video strategy and growth.
• Lead and coach a team of embedded data scientists across the video product lifecycle.
• Own key product metrics from video creation to power user behavior.
• Drive high-quality experimentation and translate results into rollout recommendations.
• Identify and prioritize the biggest growth levers in video.
• Uplift experimentation standards and data foundations across the data stack.

Requirements

• Location: Brisbane, Australia
• Experience leading and coaching data scientists in a fast-paced product environment.
• Deep experience in experimentation, retention, and lifecycle analytics.
• Fluency in SQL and proficiency in Python or R for analysis.
• Experience with large-scale product datasets and balancing rigor with speed.
• Comfortable with video technology and navigating media product complexity.
