What you will do

• Design and build scalable, production-grade AI features across the multi-brand platform.
• Integrate foundational LLM APIs and develop architecture for generative use cases like RAG.
• Lead the creation of shared LLM infrastructure, including prompt management and evaluation tooling.
• Act as an AI subject matter expert, guiding the organization through best practices and pair programming.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and data engineering.
• Provide architectural guidance to ensure AI systems are safe, scalable, and reliable.

Requirements

• Strong full-stack engineering track record with Typescript and Go or Node.
• At least 1–2 years of recent, hands-on experience building LLM-powered features in production.
• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, RAG patterns, and LLM integration frameworks.
• Experience with GCP, distributed systems, and modern frontend frameworks like React.
• Ability to break down complex initiatives and communicate technical concepts effectively.
• Comfortable operating in a high-performance, fast-paced team environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated environments or healthcare.
• Knowledge of AI observability tooling.
• Background in guiding AI adoption in teams.
