What you will do
- Build and document reusable solutions using hirify.global, Infrastructure as Code, RESTful APIs, and cloud services.
- Present dynamic demonstrations of innovative offerings to decision-makers.
- Run workshops to uncover customer gaps, define benefits, and present outcomes.
- Create customized demos and documentation like Discovery, Architecture, and Solution Design Proposals.
- Maintain up-to-date insights on industry trends and best practices.
- Lead teams for large/complex opportunities in the presales process.
Requirements
- Strong technical knowledge of IT concepts, software standards, databases, and networking.
- 5+ years of experience implementing/integrating CRMs, software, or coding.
- Experience building CX solutions using Agentic AI techniques.
- Advanced technical knowledge of contact center technologies (surveys, quality management, WFM, IVR, digital engagement, PCI compliance).
- Technical knowledge in VOIP, SIP, RTP, messaging carrier services, infrastructure, networking, and security.
- Strong understanding of AI concepts like LLMs, NLUs, and Predictive AI models.
- Experience documenting technical artifacts and building presentations.
- Experience working with a Cloud or SaaS company.
- Refined presentation skills and ability to facilitate workshops.
- Strong autonomy, independence, and ability to manage competing projects.
- In-depth knowledge of industry trends, customer, and competitor insights.
- Ability to understand customer security needs and articulate solutions.
- Strong business acumen and communication with senior leaders.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs integrations.
- Programming languages like JavaScript, Python.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Salesforce, and/or ServiceNow.
- Infrastructure as Code: CloudFormation and Terraform.
- Strong project management skills.
