What you will do
- Serve as the technical lead throughout the sales process, from discovery and demos to final deployment.
- Collaborate with sales teams to translate complex product capabilities into compelling customer-specific solutions.
- Design high-scale system architectures tailored to client mission-critical application requirements.
- Identify and advocate for product improvements by channeling client feedback to engineering and product management teams.
- Conduct training, workshops, and hackathons to enable customers and partners on the platform.
- Manage proof-of-concept projects and resolve complex technical troubleshooting issues under pressure.
Requirements
- 8-12 years of relevant professional experience in technical client-facing roles.
- Must be based in Singapore and able to work in the office 2-3 times a week.
- Strong coding proficiency in at least one language such as Java, C/C++, Python, or Go.
- Deep understanding of Linux environments, distributed systems, and modern database technologies (NoSQL/Relational/MPP).
- Experience working directly with C-level stakeholders and technical development teams.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time as required.
