What you will do

• Define and set the creative vision and art direction for the hirify.global brand.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire the visual design team to achieve excellence in strategic visual storytelling.
• Take ownership of building and evolving a sophisticated, scalable visual system for global content automation.
• Lead the integration of AI and automation into design workflows to amplify creative impact and scale quality.

Requirements

• Proven Art Director with a portfolio showcasing experience building visual systems for major, globally-recognized brands.
• Expert-level, hands-on proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proven experience elevating the work of other designers through visionary mentorship or leadership.
• Deep experience using creative AI and automation to scale excellence and amplify creative quality.
• 'Get-shit-done' mentality, driven by a passion for world-class work.
• English: B2 required.
