What you will do

• Lead and manage the iGaming business, ensuring adherence to licensing and compliance requirements.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to grow market share and increase revenue in regulated markets.
• Manage partnerships with game providers, aggregators, and third-party vendors.
• Oversee the management of risk, responsible gaming initiatives, and customer protection policies.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance related to casino operations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to meet company goals and objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior leadership role within the iGaming industry, preferably in regulated markets.
• Deep understanding of the regulatory landscape across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong knowledge of compliance, licensing, and responsible gaming frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience managing partnerships with game providers, aggregators, and third-party vendors.
• Familiarity with contract management, invoicing, and financial reconciliation processes.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
