What you will do

• Own the strategy and roadmap for technology and customer-facing products to improve system stability and performance.
• Provide leadership and clear communication on product strategy and roadmap.
• Track progress, assess risks, and coordinate delivery with contingency plans.
• Lead and grow a team of Product Managers, mentoring and coaching them.
• Drive product management practices and culture within the organization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with executives, operations, legal, and engineering teams.

Requirements

• Remote position with a fully distributed global team.
• Resumes and communication must be submitted in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline preferred.
• At least 10 years of software product management experience and 3 years leading product managers.
• Strong communication skills and experience with agile methodologies in global teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage workflows in a fast-paced environment.
