Product Manager

TL;DR

Product Manager: Leading the development and execution of the search and discovery experience for a mid-term rental platform with an accent on product vision, market research, and stakeholder management. Focus on driving product innovation, optimizing user experiences, and using data to validate impact.

Location: Based in Rotterdam, Netherlands, with a hybrid working policy (2 office days per week). Remote work is allowed for up to 2 months per year.

What you will do

• Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and strategy in alignment with company goals.
• Conduct market and customer research to gather insights and identify opportunities.
• Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch with engineering and design teams.
• Manage the product backlog and prioritize innovations, features, and bug fixes.
• Monitor product metrics and use them for prioritization and to validate impact of changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and successful launches.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in B2C environments.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Experience with running A/B tests and event-based analytics tools such as Mixpanel or Amplitude.
• Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering outstanding user experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to think strategically about long-term vision while paying attention to execution details.

• Experience working on a two-sided marketplace.
