What you will do

• Identify and prioritize issues in language and multimodal models and collaborate with researchers to resolve them
• Create data collection tasks and model prototypes to evaluate and improve AI features
• Engineer prompts to guide model behavior across scenarios
• Manage engineering and research projects, including AB testing in production
• Collaborate across teams on infrastructure, data engineering, and product feedback
• Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and responsible AI advancement

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near Mountain View, United States with onsite work expectation
• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of product management or software development experience
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and deploying large language models into production
• Proven ability to work closely with researchers and engineers
• English: Job posting in English, minimum B2 level assumed
