What you will do

• Promote a culture of safety and compliance across the organization.
• Develop and implement functional safety concepts and requirements for autonomous vehicle control systems.
• Conduct safety analyses including HARA, STPA, FMEA, and FTA.
• Collaborate with hardware and software teams to integrate safety requirements into design and development.
• Review safety verification, validation activities, and maintain safety documentation.
• Participate in safety audits and provide technical guidance on functional safety.

Requirements

• Must have 8-10 years of experience in functional safety engineering, preferably in robotics, automotive, heavy machinery, or agricultural equipment.
• Experience with safety standards such as UL 4600, ISO 26262, ISO 13849, ISO 25119, IEC 61508.
• Advanced English proficiency is mandatory.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to conduct risk assessments and safety data evaluations.
• Strong presentation skills for communicating safety reports and analyses.
