Location: This role is remote and can be executed globally. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in Bangalore, Dublin, London, New York, San Francisco, Tokyo, and Warsaw.

What you will do

• Create, refine, and iterate on custom voices for hirify.global customers.
• Clean, edit, and prepare customer audio to ensure optimal quality.
• Provide hands-on training and technical guidance on hirify.global tools and best practices.
• Join customer calls, support creative direction, and act as a fractional audio engineer.
• Onboard and train a network of freelance audio engineers to meet demand.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years experience in audio engineering, sound design, mixing/mastering, or related fields.
• Experience working directly with clients, creative teams, or technical stakeholders.
• Strong proficiency with DAWs (e.g., Pro Tools, Reaper, Logic, Ableton).
• Deep intuition for voice characteristics, timbre, clarity, and performance nuance.
• Ability to translate ambiguous customer needs into clear audio and voice-design solutions.
• Strong organizational discipline for operating within a time-based service model.
