Salary: $160,000–$180,000

What you will do

• Design and implement multi-agent systems using hirify.global/LangGraph.
• Design comprehensive evaluation frameworks and optimize prompts with A/B testing.
• Implement state management and RAG patterns with vector store integration.
• Guide customers on agent deployment, configuration management, and CI/CD integration.
• Set up observability using LangSmith and collaborate on infrastructure requirements.
• Lead agent engineering maturity assessments and present recommendations to enterprise customers.

Requirements

• 5+ years in software development with 2+ years in AI/ML applications/agents.
• Strong experience with LLM frameworks (hirify.global/LangGraph) and state management.
• Experience designing and implementing evaluation frameworks for AI applications.
• Strong prompt engineering skills, including optimization and A/B testing.
• Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript for production-grade code.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure), containerization, and CI/CD concepts.
• Customer-facing experience with enterprise customers is preferred.
