What you will do

• Set up and manage AI tools like ChatGPT Enterprise and Cursor.
• Enable teams, run pilot projects, and provide hands-on support for AI tool adoption.
• Monitor AI tool usage, measure impact, and create dashboards for tracking.
• Build and test small AI prototypes, turning ideas into practical examples for teams.
• Maintain AI guides, prompts, and examples in a shared hub.
• Collaborate with global engineering, product, and support teams, ensuring AI work follows security and governance best practices.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience building AI-powered software or enabling AI platforms.
• Skilled in modern LLM tools, including prompt engineering, model evaluation, PoCs, and AI agents.
• Hands-on experience in AWS-first environments for AI or data solutions (e.g., AWS Bedrock, serverless architectures, IAM-aware setups).
• Strong understanding of data flows, telemetry, and metrics; ability to design, implement, and maintain dashboards and basic data pipelines.
• Familiarity with AI governance, security, and compliance considerations.
• English: Excellent written and spoken English required for engaging stakeholders across countries.

Nice to have

• Background in data engineering, analytics, or platform engineering.
• Experience measuring developer productivity or evaluating the ROI of tooling.
