What you will do
- Develop features for hirify.global's Enterprise Command Center, managing access, billing, policies, and configurations.
- Implement group management and RBAC capabilities for policy scoping.
- Build unified access control endpoints for product teams.
- Create customer-facing insights dashboards with real-time reporting.
- Develop audit logging infrastructure for high-volume activity tracking and SIEM integrations.
- Drive technical excellence by writing clean, well-tested code and participating in design discussions.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of software engineering experience with modern web development.
- Proficiency in one or more backend languages (Go, Python, Java, or similar).
- Experience building and operating production web services and APIs.
- Familiarity with React or similar frontend frameworks for admin interfaces.
- Working knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and caching systems (Redis).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container technologies.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
Nice to have
- Experience building enterprise SaaS applications with multi-tenancy.
- Familiarity with identity management (OIDC, SAML, SCIM) and access control systems.
- Experience with observability tools (Datadog, Splunk, New Relic).
- Background in building billing or metering systems.
- Exposure to compliance requirements (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR).
