What you will do

• Support integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels in UK and Europe
• Analyze and optimize campaign performance focusing on CPA, ROI, CAC, and conversion rates
• Own and execute French market strategy including content localization and cultural adaptation
• Monitor French market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior
• Collaborate with product, design, and growth teams on marketing projects
• Track and report marketing performance insights to stakeholders

Requirements

• Native French speaker and fluent in English
• 2-4 years marketing experience, preferably in fintech or digital sectors
• Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing efficiency metrics
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Deep understanding of French market and cultural nuances
• Proficiency with marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager

Nice to have

• Experience with content localization and multi-market campaigns
• Knowledge of financial services marketing and regulations
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Braze)
• Previous fintech or startup experience
