Location: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites in Bristol / Leeds / Manchester.

Salary: £76,464 - £84,960

What you will do

• Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies for SMB customers.
• Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels.
• Be the key interlock between the marketing and SMB sales teams and wider sales teams.
• Use data analytics and market research to understand SMB needs and optimise campaigns.
• Partner with Product, Sales, Partnerships, RevOps and Digital teams.
• Create compelling content and value propositions tailored to SMB audiences.

Requirements

• Strong demonstrable experience in B2B marketing roles within banking, financial services, or Fintech.
• Strong understanding of banking and payments ecosystems, with awareness of emerging Fintech trends.
• Ability to manage a broad range of marketing activities, from campaigns and content to events and digital execution.
• Proficiency in digital channels, performance marketing, and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Proven ability to work with sales teams to drive prioritisation and deliver impactful enablement programs.
• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
