What you will do

• Design, launch, and manage media campaigns across multiple paid channels including Web funnels, UAC, Meta, and TikTok.
• Create and iterate audience segments to improve lead quality and lifetime value, managing geo expansion logic.
• Own measurement stack and daily decision-making using platform data and analytics tools.
• Manage and optimize budget allocation to maximize impact and scale winning campaigns.
• Lead creative collaboration with performance focus, ensuring outputs are testable and optimized.
• Develop AI-driven workflows for ideation, scripting, localization, and rapid iteration of campaigns.

Requirements

• Must have 5–7 years experience in paid ads performance marketing for mobile apps (TikTok, Meta, Google Ads, ASA).
• Strong data literacy and hands-on experience with AI tools and automating pipelines.
• High ownership mindset and readiness for hard work.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.
