What you will do
- Develop and maintain comprehensive brand, targeting, and content strategies optimized for paid marketing.
- Set up and manage thousands of promotional campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat.
- Build and scale creative production workflows to generate endless content variations with the help of AI.
- Optimize campaign performance through large-scale A/B testing to maximize reach, conversion, and revenue.
- Stay ahead of trends across social media platforms to lead the curve in creatives.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize processes, systems, and outputs.
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Hands-on performance marketing experience, preferably in the creative or entertainment industry.
- Proficiency across Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and Snapchat Ads.
- Proven track record managing campaigns and conducting large-scale A/B testing on audio/video content.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret streaming data and make rapid campaign optimization decisions.
- English: B2 required.
