What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and institutional partners, building long-term relationships.
• Coordinate with external companies (payment, exchange, government, tech vendors) and internal teams.
• Identify cross-initiative opportunities to leverage multiple hirify.global technologies.
• Oversee implementation progress, ensuring alignment with contractual terms and timelines.
• Maintain project governance frameworks including meeting notes, action logs, and risk registers.
• Facilitate information flow between internal product, engineering, legal/compliance, marketing, and operations teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in account management, program coordination, or project governance within technology, fintech, or consulting environments.
• Proven ability to engage with corporate and government stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Strong understanding of digital assets, blockchain, or financial technology ecosystems.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills.
• Strong sense of ownership, initiative, and ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• English is a must.

Nice to have

• Experience with tokenization, custodial solutions, or payment infrastructure.
• Crypto/blockchain/AI sourcing and vendor management expertise.
• Any other language besides English.
