What you will do

• Create and maintain user guides, deployment documentation, and reference materials for security professionals and developers
• Document REST APIs including authentication flows, request/response formats, and integration patterns
• Collaborate with engineering teams to document new features, product releases, and API changes
• Maintain the Docusaurus-based documentation site ensuring clear information architecture and excellent user experience
• Write technical content covering appliance deployment, malware analysis workflows, threat intelligence integration, and file inspection processes

Requirements

• Strong English skills (C1 level) are required
• Proven technical writing experience, ideally in cybersecurity, developer tools, or enterprise software
• Familiarity with docs-as-code approach and tools like Git/GitLab, Docusaurus, and markup files
• Basic understanding of REST APIs, JSON, XML, and data formats
• Ability to understand and document technical concepts for both developer and end-user audiences
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Nice to have

• Experience documenting cybersecurity products or concepts
• Familiarity with OpenAPI/Swagger specifications
• Experience with Python or other scripting languages
• Understanding of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and cloud deployments
• Background in malware analysis, threat intelligence, or security operations
