What you will do

• Create, maintain, and update technical and user documentation describing system behavior and implementation details.
• Review, edit, and prepare for publication documents produced by technical specialists.
• Collaborate with the team to gather information required for documentation.

Requirements

• English: C1+ proficiency required
• 3+ years of professional experience working with texts (technical writing, translation, editing, copywriting, proofreading, or similar roles).
• Ability to quickly understand the project domain to complete assigned tasks.
• Solid understanding of document structure and information architecture and the ability to structure and present information in a clear, logical, and user-friendly way.
• Ability to independently maintain a consistently high standard of documentation quality.
• Confident use of documentation and text-editing tools (MS Word, Google Docs, or similar).

Nice to have

• Understanding of mobile (iOS, Android) and web application specifics.
• Experience in software development projects as a technical writer or business analyst.
• Knowledge of technical documentation standards and/or experience working with style guides.
• Experience with documentation platforms such as Confluence, MadCap Flare, or similar tools.
• Experience working with knowledge bases and wiki-style systems.
• Experience with graphic or video editing tools.
