What you will do

• Manage technical implementation and configurations for timely launches, translating business requirements into platform configurations.
• Lead platform configurations to achieve client business outcomes and Target Operating Models, including SSO, SFTP, and ETL setups.
• Work with complex data models and large datasets to support client integration and reporting needs.
• Validate and transform data, define and implement basic ETL pipelines leveraging AWS, and generate custom client reports.
• Guide clients in workflow design and process definition, supporting test case definition and managing execution for successful onboarding.
• Develop deep platform expertise, proactively identifying issues and areas for improvement from a business to technical view.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Software Engineering, Business Analytics, Mathematics/Statistics, or Engineering.
• 5+ years of work experience in business integration or project technology implementation.
• Experience with technical platform integration in the Financial Services industry.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large data sets.
• Familiarity with AWS services and basic ETL pipeline design.
• Knowledge of API is preferred, along with experience in data modeling and understanding relational database structures.
• Fluency in English is a must.

• Advanced degrees (Master’s or MBA).
• Experience in analyzing system workflows and business process flow.
• Excellent writing skills and ability to produce detailed project documentation.
