What you will do

• Lead a 2-year technology transformation migrating legacy B2B platforms to a modern AI-integrated stack on GCP with zero downtime.
• Architect and deliver scalable, cloud-native distributed systems using TypeScript, Salesforce, and microservices.
• Integrate AI and LLM technologies to enhance sales and lead generation platforms.
• Mentor and manage a distributed team of 30+ engineers, fostering technical excellence and pragmatic execution.
• Balance strategic vision with hands-on architectural leadership and execution.

Requirements

• Must be located in Madrid, Prague, Valencia, or Warsaw.
• Proven experience leading large-scale B2B platform modernization and cloud-native migrations (GCP or AWS preferred).
• Strong hands-on expertise in distributed systems, TypeScript, and Salesforce integrations.
• Ability to lead and scale engineering teams in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.
