Salary: £95,000 - £116,000 (United Kingdom), DKK 810,750 - DKK 986,000 (Denmark), €108,500 - €132,500 (Spain).

What you will do

• Lead the design, implementation, and governance of the product tracking stack.
• Implement company-wide tracking plans and event taxonomies across web and mobile.
• Define identity strategy and join keys across authentication states and devices.
• Set up Segment governance, including schemas, routing, enforcement rules, and consent signals.
• Roll out SDKs and standards for web, iOS, and Android platforms.
• Define data quality SLAs, alerting, incident playbooks, and QA frameworks for pre-production and production environments.
• Collaborate with Analytics Engineering on dbt models and downstream data marts.
• Optimise for cost and performance across the tracking stack.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Senior Individual Contributor (IC) in SaaS product analytics or tracking instrumentation.
• Mastery of event taxonomies, identity stitching, and SDK rollouts.
• Proficiency with behavioral analytics tools (e.g., Segment, Mixpanel) and stakeholder enablement.
• Proven solid experience with SQL and dbt, alongside knowledge of consent/PII compliance.
• Previous experience with experimentation.
• Must be physically based in Denmark, Spain, or the UK.
• Requires a valid right to work in Denmark, Spain, or the UK; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Deep hands-on experience with Segment (Connections, Protocols) and product analytics tools like Amplitude or Mixpanel.
