Location: Remote up to 50% of the year, including up to 63 working days abroad.

What you will do

• Lead and develop analytical projects for the Product and Marketing departments, working closely with business stakeholders at every stage of the project.
• Build, enhance and optimize data models and dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making.
• Pioneer the use of predictive analytics methods to solve complex business challenges and unlock the full potential of data.
• Provide occasional support to the team by assisting with ad-hoc data analytics tasks.

Requirements

• Have at least 5 years of relevant experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Science, or Business Intelligence domains.
• Work with modern data stack architecture and tools (e.g., Snowflake, Airbyte, Airflow, dbt).
• Demonstrate proficiency in SQL for data modeling.
• Apply statistical techniques for data mining and predictive modeling (e.g., clustering, classification, and regression).
• Are advanced in Python, including experience with the main packages for data analysis and machine learning.
• Are fluent in English, both written and spoken, clearly communicating technical concepts to diverse audiences.
