What you will do

• Partner with Product & Tech teams to leverage data for accelerating projects and initiatives.
• Improve user experience and optimize conversion on web and app products through data analysis.
• Develop a data-driven product development roadmap based on robust insights.
• Deliver smart recommendations to enhance product performance and business growth.
• Equip product teams with relevant data and tools for continuous user experience improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Science, BI, and Data Engineering.

Requirements

• Location: Paris, France with hybrid work including remote days.
• 5-6 years experience in product data analysis, web analytics, or CRO.
• Strong experience with web analytics tools (Amplitude, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
• Knowledge of A/B testing and UX tools (Optimizely, AB Tasty, Content Square, Hotjar).
• Experience with tracking, tagging plans, and TMS administration.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Amplitude, Data Studio, Tableau).
• Operational fluency in English (English: B2 level or higher required).
