Compensation: $175K - $225K

• Lead with a user-centric perspective on content moderation, intellectual property, harassment, and abuse prevention.
• Define strategic priorities and product roadmaps that balance rapid innovation with scalable safeguards.
• Drive safety and trust initiatives across all products, ensuring users feel confident engaging with the platform.
• Develop and refine frameworks and tools for identifying, assessing, and mitigating safety risks.
• Establish metrics and feedback loops to monitor user experience and detect emerging safety challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AI researchers, policy experts, and engineering, to embed safety into product planning.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, with a specialty in trust & safety, content moderation, or community integrity.
• Demonstrates expertise in platform safety from a technical perspective.
• Prioritizes work with broad impact and scales effectively.
• Balances innovation with responsibility, approaching ambiguous challenges with structure and creativity.
• Strong analytical skills with a bias toward actionable insights.
• Applicants must be eligible to work in the US.
