Senior Product Manager (AI, Streaming): Responsible for ushering in the next phase of growth for hirify.global’s streaming player business, overseeing hardware and software roadmaps with an accent on productizing software features, improving performance, and creating user delight. Focus on applying generative AI to improve productivity, product quality, and end-user experience, while driving cross-functional alignment and shipping products that exceed business objectives.

Location: Onsite in San Jose, California. This position is open to candidates based in California only.

Salary: $225,000 - $285,000 annually.

What you will do

• Own the hardware and software roadmaps for hirify.global’s global player business, ensuring alignment to corporate strategy.
• Productize software features that enhance the hirify.global ecosystem, improve performance, and create delight for users.
• Ship hardware products that meet or ideally exceed all product and business objectives.
• Develop PRDs, feature guides, and product concepts; drive customer research and craft go-to-market strategies.
• Work broadly across multiple development teams to unify product narratives and align priorities, schedules, and resourcing.
• Apply generative AI to improve productivity, product quality, and end-user experience.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of Product Management experience on consumer-facing hardware and/or software.
• Experience leading the delivery of cross-functional programs (hardware and/or software).
• Experience shipping compelling and delightful user experiences that demonstrate great design and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated familiarity with AI tools and concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• BS or equivalent.
