Salary: $180,000–$202,500

What you will do

• Own legal safety data and metrics programs to build scalable transparency reporting frameworks across jurisdictions
• Lead annual compliance audit programs and scale audit capabilities within governance, risk, and compliance frameworks
• Develop and optimize compliance infrastructure, processes, and frameworks supporting regulatory operations
• Drive large-scale regulatory implementation projects independently, managing scope and cross-functional dependencies
• Serve as primary compliance partner for Legal, Engineering, Product, Policy, and Trust & Safety leadership
• Provide technical expertise and mentorship on program management, audit practices, and regulatory strategy

Requirements

• Must have 7-8 years of compliance, regulatory, or program management experience in technology or regulated industries
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder programs from design to implementation
• Deep expertise in compliance frameworks, audit methodologies, and risk assessment
• Strong strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills
• Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex compliance topics to diverse audiences
• Ability to mentor and provide technical guidance to team members

Nice to have

• Expertise in platform regulations such as DSA, UK OSA, GDPR
• Experience with data metrics programs and scalable measurement frameworks
• Background in compliance management systems or GRC frameworks
• Experience managing external auditors or counsel
• Track record in high-ambiguity, rapidly changing regulatory environments
