What you will do

• Build and run the Safety compliance program with a customer-centric mindset.
• Develop a holistic and enduring ownership model for code, products, and programs to meet compliance needs.
• Implement solutions for compliance requirements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Identify, develop, and run programs that improve user safety and experience.
• Manage multiple complex projects, often with competing timelines and resource needs.
• Partner with Trust Operations teams to leverage existing processes and enact compliance changes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Technical Product/Program Management experience, Safety Engineering, or Safety TPM work.
• Experience with Safety programs (e.g., Moderation, Detection, Age Verification) at a similarly-sized company.
• Knowledge and deep experience in technical program management methodologies.
• Experience moving technical or engineering programs from concept to completion and promoting impact using metrics.
• Ability to break down complex challenges into workable components and make continuous progress.
• Position is based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Nice to have

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant technical experience.
