What you will do

• Create persuasive, sales-driven copy for various advertising formats including ads, sales pages, email marketing, newsletters, and landing pages.
• Develop direct-response copy that increases conversions and motivates customers to take action.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify effective selling points and USPs.
• Optimize existing ad copy to improve conversion rates and overall performance.
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to develop new sales strategies and concepts.
• Collaborate with marketing and performance teams to optimize campaigns and A/B test copy.

Requirements

• Excellent English skills at native level (C2) with strong persuasive copywriting ability.
• Experience in direct response and sales-focused copywriting.
• Basic familiarity with Webflow and willingness to master it.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results under time pressure.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to organize workday independently.
• Interest or experience with AI-powered tools like ChatGPT to optimize copywriting workflow.
