What you will do
- Serve as primary post-sales contact for large automotive dealerships using AI products
- Manage a regional territory with 2–3 onsite dealership visits per week
- Consult dealerships through AI transformation and handle inquiries and escalations
- Drive adoption and utilization of hirify.global products with deep product and industry knowledge
- Engage proactively during renewals to secure customer retention
- Develop strong customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor
Requirements
- Must be located in or able to work remotely within the United States, specifically Ohio
- 3+ years automotive experience and 5+ years in customer success or account management
- Experience engaging with C-suite and executive-level customers
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with technical aptitude
- Proven success in increasing product usage and customer retention
- 4-year degree required
