What you will do

• Collaborate closely with Product & Technology Development and SRE teams to resolve security and privacy issues.
• Write and update application code to remediate vulnerabilities and build security and privacy features.
• Implement security initiatives including merchant account protection and fraud prevention.
• Develop privacy strategies such as data retention, anonymization, and secure data disposal.
• Mentor team members on secure coding and privacy-enhancing technologies.
• Conduct risk assessments and evaluate designs for vulnerabilities, proposing mitigations.

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years of hands-on experience in application or product security with strong privacy focus.
• Fluency in English as a working language is required.
• Experience with multiple programming languages in production environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, cybersecurity, or related field.
• Knowledge of secure software development lifecycles and privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA.
• Professional security certifications are a plus.
