What you will do

• Build automation frameworks from scratch and execute functional tests.
• Analyze business needs and prepare test plans to verify functional and quality requirements.
• Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and customers.
• Provide test reports and ensure quality assurance of IT solutions.
• Participate in projects impacting UK society and critical IT systems.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near Leeds, United Kingdom
• 4-6 years of automation testing experience.
• Experience with test driven development and automation tools like Spock, Junit, Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Programming experience in Java, Python, or similar languages.
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM discipline.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.

Nice to have

• Experience with security or penetration testing.
• Managing or supervisory skills.
