Location: Hybrid/Remote with 1 day per month in London, UK

Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 per annum

What you will do

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for QA operations aligned with business objectives
• Drive adoption of test automation, CI/CD, and Agile testing methodologies
• Lead development of test automation and performance test frameworks ensuring scalability and reliability
• Implement and refine QA processes to optimize testing and minimize defects
• Manage QA tooling, environments, and documentation using Jira and Confluence
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation to grow a high-performing QA team

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid with presence in London required (1 day per month)
• Experience leading distributed teams across multiple locations and time zones
• Proven leadership in QA strategy, test automation, and continuous improvement
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Agile testing practices
• Ability to implement scalable and reliable testing frameworks
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
