What you will do

• Provide strategic direction for QA operations aligned with business objectives
• Lead engineering of test automation and performance test frameworks
• Implement and refine QA processes to optimize testing and minimize defects
• Manage QA tooling and test environments to meet organizational needs
• Collaborate with Product, Delivery, and Engineering teams to ensure quality software delivery
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation of QA team members

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid/Remote with 1 day per month in London
• English: B2 level or higher
• Proven leadership experience in QA and testing strategy
• Experience with CI/CD, agile testing methodologies, and test automation
• Ability to lead distributed teams across different locations and time zones
• Strong knowledge of QA tooling, metrics, and frameworks
