What you will do

• Build real, production GenAI systems that shape fintech operations.
• Work daily with LLMs, retrieval systems, agents, and automation pipelines.
• Own solutions from ideation through deployment and monitoring.
• Redesign legacy business processes using AI.
• Identify new opportunities for Generative AI to simplify operations.

Requirements

• Strong Python engineering skills for production-grade systems.
• Hands-on experience using LLMs in real workflows.
• Ability to design, evaluate, and iterate on prompts, retrieval pipelines, and agentic flows.
• Understanding of business processes and an instinct for simplification/automation.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity, testing hypotheses, and refining ideas with partial information.
• Clear communication skills to articulate trade-offs and influence stakeholders.
