What you will do

  • Manage and optimize paid search, display, social, and retargeting campaigns on platforms like Google, Bing, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Build ad copy, creative briefs, landing pages, and conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
  • Analyze campaign data and reporting to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
  • Activate and optimize account-based marketing campaigns using 6sense intent and audience segmentation.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, and Marketing Operations to align messaging and maintain data accuracy.
  • Support budget management, compliance, and experimentation for digital marketing innovation.

Requirements

  • Must reside in Mexico due to business and compliance requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or demand generation.
  • Hands-on experience with 6sense or similar ABM intent platforms.
  • Foundational knowledge of paid search and social platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign metrics and dashboards.

Nice to have

  • Experience with marketing automation or CRM tools like Marketo, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
