What you will do
- Create and manage personalized, multi-channel campaigns for strategic customer accounts.
- Work hand-in-hand with sales to align on account-specific engagement strategies.
- Continuously monitor, analyze and optimize campaign performance.
- Establish robust experimentation with an emphasis on building personalization programs at scale.
- Deliver actionable insights to Sales and cross-functional teams based on account behavior, digital engagement, and analytics.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with demonstrated success in ABM program strategy.
- Expert in stakeholder management across teams and successful partnership with sales.
- Customer-centric mindset with expertise in understanding the enterprise buyer journey.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, 6Sense, Marketo, and analytics/BI tools like Looker.

- Additional language proficiency of Japanese.
