What you will do
- Lead and manage a team of media planners, providing coaching and feedback.
- Oversee media planning deliverables, ensuring quality and strategic insight.
- Manage client relationships and act as primary contact for acquisition media planning.
- Drive campaign performance and budget management against intended outcomes.
- Collaborate with Activation and Analytics teams to design test and learn frameworks.
- Contribute to internal thought leadership and process improvements.
Requirements
- Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
- Experience in a digital media agency environment.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to deliver actionable insights.
- Proven team leadership and client management capabilities.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets and ideally AI scripting for data analysis.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
