What you will do

• Define and lead automation and observability practice strategy across Red Hat, IBM, and Elastic portfolios.
• Develop reusable solution offerings, partner playbooks, and reference architectures.
• Build and deliver enablement programs including bootcamps, workshops, and webinars for partners.
• Support strategic partner opportunities with technical consultation and solution validation.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to align solution roadmaps and co-selling efforts.
• Represent the company as a thought leader in industry forums and partner events.

Requirements

• Must be located in Singapore or able to work onsite.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5-8+ years experience in automation, solution architecture, or practice leadership.
• Proven expertise with Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform, IBM Cloud Pak for AIOps, and Elastic Stack.
• Strong cloud experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Excellent presentation and partner engagement skills.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications in Red Hat, IBM, and Elastic technologies.
• Knowledge of ITSM, DevOps pipelines, CI/CD tools, and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience in distributor-led partner/channel models.
