• Drive user growth and business operations for international Cashloan services, increasing loan users and balance scale.
• Implement refined user operations and lifecycle management using data analysis, user research, industry research, and market analysis.
• Oversee the decomposition of business growth indicators, analyze product and risk control growth potential, and formulate relevant strategies.
• Drive the development of new marketing tools and benefits, continuously optimize product solutions, and conduct valuable explorations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above with product experience in user growth, operations, and strategy products.
• Proficiency in English for daily work communication.
• Strong logical thinking, data analysis skills, and business acumen.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, execution, and project management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of relevant product experience in user growth.
• Familiarity with internet financial products, especially prior experience in consumer finance.
