What you will do

• Develop and drive AI and data-driven product strategy to enhance automation and user experience.
• Adopt and implement modern product management methodologies and analytics frameworks.
• Collaborate with leadership, product owners, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to align product vision.
• Communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders including Board and executive leadership.
• Measure product plan effectiveness and update execution based on data and user feedback.
• Conduct competitive and market research to ensure market-leading innovation.

Requirements

• 10+ years in product leadership roles for B2B or Enterprise SaaS platforms
• Proven expertise in AI-first or data-driven product strategies
• Experience with Lean, Agile, and dual-track discovery methodologies
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Financial acumen with ability to demonstrate ROI of product features
• English proficiency at least B2 level
