What you will do

• Manually process withdrawal requests and refunds.
• Analyze deposits, unsuccessful transactions, and user behavior.
• Investigate suspicious and abnormal transactions to detect fraud patterns.
• Verify payment details and analyze PSP technical statuses.
• Collaborate with L1 support on transaction issues.
• Maintain transaction logs and document decisions.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in payments, fintech, iGaming, or related high-risk projects.
• Ability to work shifts, including night shifts.
• Understanding of payment processes including deposits, withdrawals, PSPs, and crypto/fiat.
• Analytical thinking and data skills.
• Decision-making ability and responsibility for cases.
• Ability to work under high pressure.

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming, gambling, crypto, or high-risk projects.
• Experience working with multiple PSPs.
• Participation in building or improving anti-fraud processes.
• Experience with manual withdrawals and complex cases.
