What you will do

• Identify issues and improve customer experience for Cash Borrow users.
• Solve customer inquiries via support queues, email, and potentially chat/phone.
• Triage customer needs based on their loan cycle to mitigate risk.
• Document product bugs and features, advocating for customer improvements.
• Collaborate with other teams and act as a resource to teammates.
• Maintain service level agreements and comply with BSA/AML and lending regulations.

Requirements

• 1+ years of professional experience with a financial institution or payment provider.
• Experience in direct customer or client-facing roles.
• Ability to adapt to changing workflows and customer inquiry channels.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work weekends and public holidays as part of a rotating schedule.
• Must be able to work effectively in a remote or distributed US work environment.
• English: B2 required.
