What you will do

• Design and architect observability solutions leveraging OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes, and cloud-native technologies.
• Translate complex customer requirements into scalable and maintainable implementations.
• Develop and execute Proofs of Concept (POCs) and deliver technical demos to engineering and executive audiences.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to influence roadmap and feature priorities.
• Engage with customers and industry events to represent technical excellence.
• Mentor internal teams and contribute to technical content and thought leadership.

Requirements

• Must be a German speaker at C2 level due to customer contact.
• Location: Remote in DACH, UK, Benelux, Nordics preferred with business travel required.
• Deep technical knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry, observability pipelines, and distributed tracing.
• Hands-on experience with instrumentation, telemetry data ingestion, and performance optimization.
• Strong understanding of modern DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering practices.
• Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot.
