About the company

We are now looking for an HR Administration Specialist to join our HR team on a 1-year contract and support key administrative, insurance, and migration processes.
Your responsibilities
Medical insurance administration
— Manage medical insurance enrollment for new hires and internal transfers
— Ensure timely removal of terminated employees from insurance plans
— Act as the main point of contact for employees on insurance-related questions
— Liaise with insurance providers to resolve administrative issues and escalations
— Monitor employee experience with insurance and suggest improvements
— Prepare reports and basic analytics based on insurance and HR data
Migration & documentation
— Manage migration processes, including residence and work permit renewals
— Prepare and support entry permit applications (document collection, review, validation)
— Coordinate translations, medical tests, and interactions with Certifying Officers
— Prepare confirmation letters for migration and employment purposes
— Track migration budgets and ensure cost accuracy
— Check completeness and accuracy of migration documents before submission
What we’re looking for
— Good understanding of HR administration and migration processes
— Strong attention to detail and accuracy with documents, data, and deadlines
— Ability to manage multiple cases in parallel and follow up consistently
— Process-oriented mindset with a focus on practical improvements
— Confident use of HR systems, ticketing tools, and Excel / Google Sheets
— Clear, professional written and verbal communication
— Ability to explain complex topics (insurance, migration) in an employee-friendly way
— Service-oriented and employee-focused approach
— Reliable, well-organized, and comfortable working independently
— Calm and structured in time-sensitive or compliance-driven situations
Languages
— English — working proficiency
— Greek — strong advantage (especially for migration and local coordination)
— Russian — good advantage (to support most employees)
