Salary: $107,700 - $285,900 per year

What you will do

• Design end-to-end user experiences including flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI for complex products.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and apply user-centered design principles.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Researchers to frame problems and prioritize solutions.
• Contribute to and evolve design systems and reusable components.
• Advocate for WCAG-compliant and inclusive design practices across multiple platforms.
• Lead product design from discovery through delivery, including AI-powered concept prototyping.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States or able to work remotely within the US
• 5+ years experience in product or service design or equivalent education and experience.
• Proficiency in Figma and modern design practices with strong attention to interaction and polish.
• Experience shipping products and delivering end-to-end design solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with UX research methods, accessibility standards, and systems thinking.
