What you will do

• Own end-to-end design process for multiple product areas from concept to delivery
• Translate complex AI capabilities into clear, engaging user experiences
• Maintain and evolve a unified design system for consistency and scalability
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketers
• Rapidly prototype and test ideas, providing actionable feedback
• Support fast-paced A/B testing and experiment with AI-assisted design workflows

Requirements

• Must be based in Portugal
• 5+ years of end-to-end product design experience, ideally in dating, social platforms, or AI-driven products
• Strong skills in interaction, visual, responsive design, and information architecture
• Proficiency in Figma and expert-level prototyping skills
• Resourceful problem-solving and ability to synthesize market research into design decisions
• English proficiency at least B2

Nice to have

• Experience designing AI-driven products and AI content-generation tools
• Skills in motion design, illustration, or 3D
• Understanding of HTML/CSS/JS for collaboration with developers
• Experience with subscription-based products focusing on retention and monetization
