Compensation: $200,000–$300,000

What you will do

• Design and implement applied ML models and infrastructure.
• Optimize model performance, data pipelines, and training/serving infrastructure.
• Implement ML backend systems for discovery surfaces including recommendation, ranking, and search.
• Support new AI-generated content formats and optimize existing systems.
• Work cross-functionally with product, data science, and data platform teams.

Requirements

• B.A.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of industry experience
• Experience building/consuming RESTful and gRPC web-services.
• Experience managing cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS, Azure).
• Familiarity with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and high-performance typed languages.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.

Nice to have

• Experience shipping intelligent features end-to-end.
• Experience with full pipeline from data ingestion to model training.
• Experience with production AI/ML systems and optimizing GPU/TPU deployments.
• Experience working with vector databases or other feature storage.
